I Awake

I awake
You lie in my arms
Your head rests in the crook of my shoulder
Your shoulder under my arm
I look at you, watch you sleep
You are so beautiful as you sleep
Your mouth has that cute little smile
I always liked
I reach over with my free hand
I caress your temple as I move
A free tendril of your hair back behind
Your ear
I touch your cheek, jaw, neck, arm
My free hand returns to its position at
My stomach
I watch over you as you sleep
I watch the way your nose flares slightly
As you effortlessly breathe in.
I close my eyes as I lean my head
To yours.
I kiss your forehead, pull back
I open my eyes, and I once again realize
You are not yet real
You are not asleep in my arms
I still love you, though I can not find you
I hope I find you
I become lonely once more
I hope you find me soon
I close my eyes, hoping to see you again

Feel Good

Feel good
Your wounds are superficial
Your pains don't go as deep as you think

Don't cry
Tears only wash away the happiness
That is the essence of life.

Don't hate
Your true love may be imaginary, but
Will hopefully make themselves known

Give me your pain, your tears, your hate,
Give them to me as I deserve them
Much more than anyone thinks

Your pain becomes my pain,
Your tears, my tears
Your love, my love

I will hold you in my arms
Sharing it all. We will destroy old enemies
And build new bridges.
